Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT) explores the connection between a client's physical body, their emotional body, and every day life occurrences. Clients are guided to a place of present mindfulness where they can explore their mind-body relationship. PRYT allows clients see things from a new perspective, gaining a deeper understanding of their needs, desires and roadblocks that have stood in their way to date. PRYT sessions are often helpful for those who are navigating a life transition (divorce, career change, death of a loved one, becoming an "empty nester", birth of a child, etc.) as well as for those who have been in talk therapy for years and feel like they are stuck in story.   • Yoga Therapy for Backcare and Scoliosis involves a highly specialized yoga practice, with precise alignment, breath work and relaxation, designed to relieve pain and create positive structural change in the client's body.
