New Year’s Reset

What’s included?

Not local? Can’t make class on Saturday morning? No problem – your package will include a copy of my yoga CD instead.

This program is NOT a fast. You will not be asked to cut out, or even cut back on any foods. This isn’t about giving anything up! It is about adding in nutrients, yoga, relaxation, and health.
